Recurring payments
Every subscription and bill, found for you
Cashfield reads your transactions for charges that repeat, so the streaming service you forgot about and the yearly fee you never see coming are listed in one place.
Found from your own transactions
Cashfield looks for charges that repeat on a rhythm, such as monthly, every three months or yearly, and lists each with what it costs and when the next one is expected. The estimate at the top says roughly what they cost together each month.
Coming up shows what is expected in the next two weeks. Pay that arrives on a rhythm is listed too, marked as coming in, and is never added to the cost.
Something it missed? Add a recurring payment from a charge you already have.

How it decides
A rhythm and a price
A charge counts when it repeats at the same shop on a steady rhythm, at a steady price. Four taxi rides on four Fridays are a habit, not a subscription.
Expected, never due
Cashfield sees your transactions, not your contracts, so a next date is an estimate. It never moves money or cancels anything.
You have the last word
Say whether a charge repeats and Cashfield keeps your answer. When one goes quiet, it asks Still paying for this?
Questions about subscriptions
More answers in the FAQ.
How does Cashfield find my subscriptions?
It looks for charges at the same shop that repeat on a rhythm, such as monthly, every three months or yearly, at a steady price. It shows what they cost a month and when to expect the next one. If it missed one, add it from a charge you already have.
Can Cashfield cancel a subscription for me?
No. Cashfield sees your transactions, not your contracts, and never moves money or contacts a company. Cancel with the company itself; when the charges stop, Cashfield notices and asks whether it has ended.
What if a category is wrong?
Choose the right one on the transaction. Cashfield can file every charge at that shop the same way from then on, or change just that one.
